Last Friday (December 6th) at 7:00 p.m., Vapefly held a grand monthly staff meeting in the company's large conference room, all team member were invited to attend as scheduled. The main purpose of this meeting is to summarize the achievements of the whole November, look forward to the work in December, and commend excellent staff.
The meeting was chaired by Jerry and Katherine. The process is mainly divided into four parts: Monthly commendation of excellent staff, introduction of new employees, promotion of marketing manager and birthday meeting of employees. Katherine, Mindy and Chris Lao are the top three outstanding employees of the month. Katherine, as the only domestic salesperson of the company, has been working very hard and devoting herself to the company, she is elegant and knowledgeable, and can always come up with the best solution for customers in the shortest time; Mindy, the promotion staff in charge of the European market, is always careful and conscientious in her work, and has made great contributions to the promotion of Vapefly in Europe; Chris Lao won first place in this excellent employee selection although he has only been in Vapefly for less than half a year, he often takes the initiative to give advice to the company. He has paid a lot of energy for the development of Indonesian and Malaysian market, and also achieved very good benefits for the company.
The second part is the introduction of new staff. In November, Vapefly added some new members, such as the new R & D Director-Kevin, Packaging Designer-Wu Shanghe, Brand Manager Chen Xi and Financial Assistant Li Xiaoqing. Vapefly is looking forward to these new faces, and also believes that Vapefly can take a new step in the field of vapes because of their participation.
Next is to celebrate the promotion of Allen, she was promoted from the director of marketing department to the manager of marketing department. Allen has joined Vapefly since early of 2018, now she has been with the company for around two years. At that time, Vapefly did not have a marketing department, while Allen established one by her own. She has worked hard to accompany Vapefly through the most difficult time. From the first one person team to now, she has developed into a team of ten people who are in charge of the promotion in different regions. She has promoted Vapefly rapidly into a leader in the field of vapes, by now Vapefly has become one of the most favorite brands of consumers in European market.
The last episode is the staff birthday party. The host not only carefully prepared cakes for all the staff in December birthday, but also arranged interesting games. Through small games, everyone assisted and encouraged each other, and felt the warmth from the team in the laughter.
This is Vapefly, always warm and energetic. Although we come from different backgrounds, in this team, we are united and help each other, and contribute our strength to the growth of Vapefly together!
